How the VUCA Resilience Coaching program came to be
What is now the VUCA Resilience Coaching program first emerged in 2018 when I was working with academic researchers using an online tool to track their thesis development progress. From that experience I learned the power of writing down every day answers to the same set of simple non-task related questions.

Of course the questions they were answering are not the same ones participants in the VUCA Resilience Coaching program answer, which since then have been carefully honed over the years to elicit the kind of new inner knowing that unleashes the clarity and empowered purposefulness required for personal re-invention.

From years of coaching clients I've come to learn how much what people think they want is what they think they really want, but when they stop and take a moment to actually look within themselves they find what they actually want is really something altogether different, something much more true and genuinely theirs.
